We’ll hold practice as long as the practice facility is open. Families are driving from various distances and directions so we leave the attendance decision up to you in accordance with your comfort level with the driving conditions. There is never a penalty for absences on “weather” days.

When a practice facility notifies us of a closure due to weather conditions, we’ll activate a “phone tree” whereby we’ll notify the coaches and have them call parents’ via cell phone. Practices that are cancelled due to weather conditions are rarely, if ever, rescheduled due to facility scheduling restrictions.
